History

OILS INC was established in 1994 as a oil reseller for Mobil/Engen Petroleum in Woodstock, Cape Town. South Africa as an country was changing and new business opportunities where born.

They say everything is about timing so OILS INC moved office to the foreshore close to the  Main manufacturers depots. With Mobil was taken over by Engen Petroleum , all the products names had to changed so this caused some confusion thus also creating opportunity for OILS INC who was willing to spend hours learning the products and compiling a comparative chart.  This was fundamental to convince existing and new customers to buy our products and we succeeded. Small to medium business was our target market in industrial sector which is still a largest part of our business to date.

Our steady strife to success and offering excellent Service was our key to become an established brand on the local market.  In 2001 we moved to bigger premises in Epping Industrial and we was able to implement immediately a better customer focused distribution with an optional “Same day delivery” key to success!  We are proud of our employees and our great service.
